Student Grievance Redressal
The Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. It provides a platform for students to submit their complaints about academic, personal or administrative issues that have an impact on the learning environment. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through written application and grievance/ suggestion box.
The objectives of SGRC are:
- To provide an opportunity for the students to freely express their grievance, with utmost anonymity.
- To set up a mechanism for speedy and expeditious resolution of the grievance.
- To provide an appropriate counselling to the students in the process of resolving the grievance.
Anti-Ragging committee aims to monitor any act by a senior student that prevents, disrupts or disturbs the regular academic activity of any other student or a fresher and to prevent exploiting the services of a fresher or any other student for completing the academic tasks assigned to an individual or a group of students
The objectives of Anti-Ragging committee are:
- To ensure overall disciplined environment in the College.
- To initiate timely action against erring students.
- To sensitize students about the evils of ragging and its prevention in the College Campus by organizing talks/ programs etc.
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is a mandatory body established under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. It is responsible for addressing complaints related to sexual harassment in the workplace. ICC aims to ensure the implementation of the policy in letter and spirit through proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures. It works to uphold the commitment of the Institute to provide an environment free of gender-based discrimination.
