Feedback

Bharati Vidyapeeth’s Dr. Patangrao Kadam Mahavidyalaya, Sangli was established in 1985. The college aims at the overall development of the students to achieve greater success. Every year Feedback/Survey is conducted to assess the satisfaction of all the stakeholders (Students, Alumni, Teachers, and Employers) regarding curriculum of the college. The college is permanently affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur and follows curriculum prescribed by university. Receiving positive or negative feedback from these stakeholders is important as both these are crucial in helping monitor and evaluate the provision. The collected responses are forwarded to BoS of various subjects of university for further necessary action.

The Teachers’ evaluation by student is an important aspect of effective teaching and learning process. The IQAC collects semester-wise teaching feedback from students. The collected data is analyzed by the Statistics department and Teacher wise Report is generated. The Principal informs the performance to individual teacher and asks to take necessary measures if any. Listening to stakeholders say is a contributing factor to running a successful college or institution.

Methodology

The feedback forms are made available on the college website. The Google Form link/Survey link of the feedback form is circulated among class wise students WhatsApp group. Filling of feedback is voluntary. The analyses presented in this report is based on the responses of these stakeholders to the feedback/survey.
